have I have been told I can’t put a Disabled Parking Sign outside my ground floor flat. As any of the residents can park there. I can’t park very far from my flat as I can’t walk very far. Outrages

Welcome to the forum.

I am sorry to hear about your parking issues . 

If you own your own flat is the issue the flat management company won't agree to your having a specific car parking space allocated to you rather than something to do with the local authority ? 

If it is the flat management company then I am afraid I do not know the answer to whether they have the power to allocate you a specific space outside your flat .

I can however relate to your problem as I have a blue badge but rarely use it as I struggle to park and drive.
