Hi I had 2 lung lobes surgically removed in 2010. 1 year later a tumour was removed from the remaining lobe by High Dose Radiotherapy. The result was continuing breathlessness which has got worse year on year. St Thomas's diagnosed incurable Pulmonary Hypertension and gave me a Portable Oxygen Concentrator which I gratefully use for short walks. I am also very grateful that I receive lower rate Attendance Allowance.
My question is do I qualify for a grant to for double glazed windows ?
