Hi I have not had my assessment from  them for the past 3 years the last time I ring it was back long's 2 years ago the I ring in June this year they said November , just ring today now there saying July , just very confused on what's going on need some advice

Is this a reassessment by DWP? If so there are no fixed dates. They will do it when they get around to it. In the meantime your existing award continues.

If it a first assessment or you have reported a change then, even allowing for Covid, the wait does seem excessive.
