Hi
I made a claim for pip which should've been successful due to the recent change in law, but i read that they are only backdating claims from 2016, i made my claim in 2015. Has anyone been backdated from before 2016 due to this change in law?
Or will they not be looking at claims from before 2016 at all?

Hi @doorframe - & welcome to the community. I presume this relates to the change in how 'overwhelming psychological distress' affected some for the planning a journey descriptor. This is only being looked into in those that were awarded since 28 November 2016, & only where additional points mean a person would be awarded, or these might change an award from standard to enhanced.
