I have just been contacted by the decision maker who is reviewing my claim. They have asked if have some evidence that I would like to provide to be considered and that I should upload it but I have no idea what documents I could use.
At the time of my WCA I didn't even really know what it was for, I thought it was to assess if I was allowed to claim UC.
There is also a comment section for "about these documents" but I don't know

It can be anything that you think is relevant to how your conditions affect you. Even anecdotal evidence is good, so a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Make sure you include information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.LCWRA descriptors here. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/3904-limited-capability-for-work-related-activityYou only need to satisfy one of the above.

It will depend which one you think applies to you and why so you need to tell them how your conditions affect you against that descriptor. They are looking at your ability to do any type of work, not just a specific job.We can't tell you what you should tell them because we don't know how your conditions affect you, only you know this.1
