Hi iam new here , I have been waiting up to 12 weeks for a MR, rang yesterday and they made a decision on the 17th January could not tell me the decision over the phone. My question is how long till a receive a letter and also if they have awarded me how long would it take to go in my bank as I have read on here that you usually get money in the bank before letter. Thank you.

Hi,
Usually money goes into the bank before you receive the decision letter. If awarded it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank and anything up to 10 days, sometimes longer to receive the letter.0 -
