Hi!!
I wanted to double check as I just received my UC statement and it says I have the shared allowance, am I correct in saying as I receive PIP enhanced daily and mobility but am under 35 I should receive the 1 bed LHA?

Hi,Yes, daily living PIP qualifies you for the 1 bed rate of LHA. https://england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice/benefits/benefits_for_under_35s_in_shared_housingYou can check here what amount that is. https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/There may still be a shortfall, depending on how much your rent is.

Obviously you will get less than the one bedroom rate if your actual rent is below it (in which case lucky you).1 -
