Hello @irene20 and welcome to the community. When I was younger I once tried an exercise bike and quite enjoyed it.
What sort of machines or exercise or are looking for? Did you have something in mind?

I have always wanted to try one of those walking machines my legs need exercise and I cant always go out if mum is home but I think I would look like bambi trying to walk on it and end up sliding off the end or something daft like that I don't think it would end well

Hi @irene20,
Thank you for your comment/question.
I have tried a few exercise machines and have found them really helpful. I realise that we all have different situations and potential needs, so did you have a particular machine in mind? I think it's always a good idea to keep your GP/specialist (if you have one) in the loop about integrating new exercises into your regime. Just because they can offer professional advice too

Yes I have tried a some exercise machines. One of them is TENS, which is a machine specifically for pain reduction. This can really lead to better performance in the gym and faster muscle growth. Because of this we can find enhanced workouts with less pain.
