Hi Libby thanks for the reply ...the points are from my assessment on 29/12/21 Ihave sent the form asking for an MR and enclosed a letter stating my concerns on how they have awarded the points ..I suffer from Sponylitis in my neck with chronic pain , Arthritis in both hands and have essenstial tremors in both hands . But because I drive a manual car even though only very short distances 10-15 mins they have decided I can do a lot more than I actually can .Will have to wait and see what they say in response to my MR letter but may have to go to a Tribunal !!0

Or do you mean you are claiming UC? If so then yes you will likely have to sign a new Claimant Commitment (but your NI credits will not have stopped). They are likely to refuse to accept any more Fit Notes unless the Fit Notes identify a new health condition or a worsening of an existing condition.
Not clear what you mean by writing another MR letter either - I thought this was an MR decision. If so the next stage is appeal to tribunal service.0 -

It was for new style ESA !! ...applied in June last year and taken this long to be assessed never got any money as my pension is right on the limit only got my national insurance stamp paid !!0

So if that was MR you can still appeal to tribunal service if you wish to.
Have you actually checked your State Psnsion forecast to see if you need more years of NI in order to get full State Pension?0 -
If you do intend to appeal the ESA decision you should keep supplying Fit Notes.0

Thanks for the advice !!..This is the first time I have had to apply for benefits it really is a minefield
I will get a sick note in a fortnight when the current one runs out , might ask the Doctor to change it from severe neck pain to Depression as have been referred to mental health team .0
