My PIP is up for renewal. They rang my old number, and then the incorrect number

I returned my form january  2021 as my Pip was due renewal. I  finally had my telephone assessment 10 days ago. Due to telephone number issues ie I notified of num change, they rang my old number .2nd attempt no call received I rang them once again the contact number had been written down by them incorrectly. This to date has been soul destroying, I m so stressed with not knowing where I stand with my renewed claim. I do t even know if I want to put myself through this again...

Thankfully, your assessment has now been completed and hopefully it won't be too long before you have a decision. It can take anything up to 12 weeks for this, sometimes longer.
