Does anyone else suffer from d.i.d or personality issues as I need to talk with someone who understand how it is to have other alters(personalities) as I feel very alone as there is no specialist that is trained to deal with d.i.d at my mental health center and would be good to interact with others who knows how this feels

Hello @j4ff4 and welcome again to the community. Thank you for joining and sharing a bit about yourself.

To help other members share their experiences with you I've marked your post as unanswered and changed the title slightly, if that's alright :)

I'm sorry there isn't a specialist at your mental health centre, is there a chance you could consult with one remotely?

I hope we can help you feel less alone, and that you find the community a helpful and welcoming place in the meantime. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Hi, I've been diagnosed with DID and experience having different parts (alters, although I prefer parts language). Did you have any questions?
