What if I move back in with my ex partner?

Ok so here goes nothing, right my kids dad wants me to move back in with him,not to get back together but to help with the kids (youngest has autism) I have 0 interest in getting back together (recently come out as gay!) But I want to how I go about claiming universal credit!? Will I still get single claim.? If I move back in will i effect his benefits? We will have our own rooms! ...finacinally it would be better! But who would I need to inform? And would they even believe my situation!? Any help would be extremely greatful as right now I'm loosing my mind haha,many thanks x
