Hi there. How many have been successful going into stage 2 Reconsideration letter. I have just put stage 2 with a representive. I felt the phone assessment I had in January didn't ask me some of the questions and yet in my pip decision put I was capable of budget decisions, food preparation and going out on my own. I didn't even answer those questions on the day,I told her a few things on my application that she didn't even know about. I don't think she even read my application form. Just after some advice remand thank you 😊

Those real world examples as mentioned in your other thread are important and it’s all in the details you put down. You may not have thought they didn’t ask any questions about specific activities but one answer can cover multiple activities.
Most MR decisions remain the same but we have had some members that have had a successful MR.
Decision waiting times are anything up to 12 weeks sometimes longer.0 -
Thank you. The assessment done, didn't even know about the whipple surgery last year. It's had a big impact on my everyday needs. I had Capitia before and can't say i trust them. She certainly didn't ask me about my budgeting skills, and said I was capable. My husband lookafter that side. I got into so much debt and kept losing money and 14 bank cards in one year. I have dyspraxia also and all is linked to my bad anxiety disorder 😕 xxxx0

That's what the form is for, so you can write down everything regarding how your conditions affect you.
