help with writing MR letter

hi can any one help need to write a supporting letter for mr and not sure how to go about this ,do i have to go in detail how what is erythromelalgia is and other problems

You don’t need to go into any details about the conditions itself. Those conditions itself will not get you a PIP award.What you need to do is state where and why you think you should have scored those points. Adding a couple of real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you. Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.0
