Waiting time on change of circumstances for PIP

I sent away my form for a change of circumstances at the end of August 2021 and still haven't heard back from them. Each time I contact them they say that they can't give me an update so I just need to sit and wait... Has anyone else been through the process recently and could possibly advise?

Nothing unusual for people to wait 10 months for a decision from start to finish. Change of circumstances are given less priority at the moment and they are concentrating on new claims.
