    Hi,
Doesn’t sound right to me. What reason did you apply? If you don’t automatically qualify then you will need to go through an assessment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It's very unlikely that you'll get a blue badge because of this reason. You mention 12 points but a blue badge isn't about scoring points.
PIP is about scoring points. Do you have a PIP mobility award? if so did you score the points for following and planning a journey? If you did then 12 points here do not automatically qualify you for a blue badge. You need to have scored 10 points for descriptor E to automatically be entitled to a BB.
