Appeal questions?

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can answer a few appeal questions.
How long after mandatory reconsideration notice do I have to make a appeal?
Can they take points away in appeal?
Do I have to attend the appeal?
Thank you in advance

A month but with good reason you have 13 months.Yes they can remove points but if there's any risk to any current award they will warn you before removing any points. This will then give you the chance to cancel the hearing, if you want. It's in your best interests to attend the hearing, whether this will be telephone or in person, if these are back on when the time comes.Paper based hearings have a very low success rate of between 3-5%.1
