LCWRA clarification

Hi all,
I recently won an appeal against UC following a WCA and have been placed under lcwra element. My 1st fit note was handed in, on 31 May 2019, but I was never offered a WCA until Feb 2020 of which I was seen as being capable for work on 31 May 2020. That decision has been set aside by the Tribunal and reverted back to UC decision maker.
I would like to know if back dated payments will be from when I first handed in fit note on 31 May 2019 , and subsequently handed in fit notes there after up until Feb 2020 when I was told fit notes would no longer be accepted.
Many thanks and appreciate any clarification.

There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time, from the date you first reported your health condition. Depending on what dates your assessment periods are (or when you usually receive payment each month)So backdated money will be from either Sept/Oct 2019.0
