I have had no letter to tell me I was having my phone assessment on Friday 25th feb they just phoned I was in the car at the time so she made it for 27th Sunday today at half ten but no one has phoned what do I do now

They could just be late ringing because the previous assessment lasted longer than they expected, which can happen. Although they tell you a time, they don't always ring on time. I'd advise you to ring the health assessment providers to see what's happened.

Thank you what number do I phone I haven’t had any information and this is my first phone assessment the last one was face to face

Yes it turns out she was a caseworker and I didn’t need an assessment that it was all decided to carry my claim on for another 4 years
