I need to downsize from a 2 bed flat 1st floor to a 1 bed ground floor in chilwell

    Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you today? Is this something you feel comfortable discussing with your current housing provider? Other than that, I would only recommend keeping an eye out on Rightmove and Zoopla  :)

    Hi,
    Are you renting from social housing or privately renting? 
    If social housing then have you looked at exchanging with someone? 
    If privately renting then it maybe more difficult if you claim help with the rent because a lot of landlords won’t accept those claiming benefits.
