Hello there @gem4 I've moved your query over into our benefits and financial support category to help our members advise you, and I've marked this thread as unanswered.
I don't have the exact knowledge to answer your question directly, so hopefully someone can share their thoughts soon
If you have any questions in the meantime please ask.

While on IB and ESA you will have been receiving NI credits towards your State Pension.
You can check your NI record by contacting HMRC
National Insurance: general enquiries - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
and/or get a pension forecast from the Future Pension Centre
Contact the Future Pension Centre - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
