LCWRA payment date and backdating?

Hello All,

Answer to when I will receive LCWRA please....

Date health change: 30 Nov 2021
Fit Note Provided: 30 Nov 2021
Assessment Period: 1st of Month to Last day of month (i.e Nov 1st 2021 to Nov 30th 2021)
UC payment always 7th of Month (for Nov it is 7th Dec 2021)
Letter confirming LCWRA: UCD81 on 21st Feb 2022

Should I receive the LCWRA on 7th March 2022 or 7th April 2022 or later? I do not see it on my 7th March 2022 statement.

Additionally, should I receive a backdated payment to account from when I reported health change?

First payment will be 7th April and no backdated money is owed.

Thank you. So if, for example, I was paid on 7th May instead through an error or otherwise, then I should get 1 month backdated?

Yes because it’s paid from April but I can’t see any reason why it won’t be included in your April payment.
