Hello I’m new in her can I please ask I applied for universal credit and I sent my form off to the health assessment advisory service I sent a lot of medical evidence I have not had a face to face assessment I have now been told it is with a decision maker I just wondered is this normal procedure I expected a face to face does this mean I will receive extra UC without a face to face and how long will the decision take to make thank you

Sounds like you've had a paper based assessment because there was enough of information to write the report without an assessment. It's rare for this to happen but it does happen. Waiting times for a decision can be anything up to 8 weeks but for UC is has been known for it to be made within a week.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
