Received UC letter stating I am owed extra funds

I received a letter in the journal stating I am owed extra funds through underpayment last year and that it will be payed into my bank account. However, it doesn’t provide a date and does not show up on my latest statement.
Does anyone know when this usually goes into an account?

Hello @dancer12 thanks for your query. If I had to make an educated guess I would say the usual is 5 working days, but I'm not 100% certain on UC repayments. When did you receive your letter?Online Community Coordinator

An arrears payment will be paid separately from your normal payment and will not show on your monthly UC statement.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.

From the date payment is sent it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
