I am Partially Sighted to I have no Sight in my R eye from birth retrolental fibroplaysia.
I was born Premature I only Weighed 1 1lb 13 oz when I was born and also went down to 1lb in weight.
Do you have to have Specif conditions to be enabled to have a White stick I have never been offered one should I have been I don't know.
