What is the difference between the PIP2 form and the descriptors to recent update one. If any one has knowledge I would be very greatful for any information. Also what are the changes in this. i would be graetful for any help

Sorry that was a little confusing. My PIP is near to end of award and they have sent me a PIP2 form to complete.
I wondered if the form has changed or the descriptors since 20190 -
The form itself has been revised but the descriptors themselves have not. The form is broadly similar to the old one - as you’ve got the new form you can see what it looks like for yourself.0
