PIP2 form

What is the difference between the PIP2 form and the descriptors to recent update one. If any one has knowledge I would be very greatful for any information. Also what are the changes in this. i would be graetful for any help

    I don’t understand the question. 

    There are no recent changes to the descriptors (or at least not what I would consider recent).

    Sorry that was a little confusing. My PIP is near to end of award and they have sent me a PIP2 form to complete. 
    I wondered if the form has changed or the descriptors since 2019

    The form itself has been revised but the descriptors themselves have not. The form is broadly similar to the old one  - as you’ve got the new form you can see what it looks like for yourself.

    Thankyou my carer has it. Im just really panicking. Got crisis team and so much on my mind its just racing. Im finding everything confusing including myself. Thankyou Calcotti
