Tough question to answer? When will my payment be backdated to?

Hey everyone sorry I’m constantly asking questions! I made my claim in July but everything got mixed up (had to prove my identity etc) and they didn’t actually receive my form until September so question is will it be backdated from July or September? Not sure if anyone knows the answer

If successfully awarded it will start from the date you rang to start your claim providing you had the conditions for at least 3 months.
