This is regarding the work allowance, so this would only benefit you if you're working. I see you were working during Jan and Feb this year so they owe you some money for that. Were you working before this?I can’t see anywhere in that letter where it says when you claimed UC.
If the decision on the work capability assessment was limited capability for work (LCW) there’s no extra money each month. If the decision was limited capability for work related activity then you’re entitled to an extra £343 per month from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. There’s also some personal information on the letter which isn’t allowed here on the community for security reasons. I have reported it so admin can edit what you’ve posted.0 -

Hi again, they tell me because I close my uc for 2 weeks .. in November , they close my claim … and it’s like I apply the benefit from November when I open again my uc . .. it’s difficult.. I can’t understand to much about this0

The letter you posted above didn't mention anything about when your claim for UC started. It was related to money they owed you for the work allowance.
Why did you end your UC and then reclaim 2 weeks later?soniavodoina said:Hi again, they tell me because I close my uc for 2 weeks .. in November , they close my claim … and it’s like I apply the benefit from November when I open again my ucWhat was the decision of your work capability assessment?0 -

They give me Lcwra … but they don’t pay me from all this year what I waiting for this benefit .. just because this persone close my uc .. and I open again after 2 weeks .. I don’t think I can do nothing …0

Who takes care of your journal? The only ones that can close a UC claim is DWP.0
-
No , I mean my “friend” close my uc .. I don’t know why .. and after i see this and I open again .. .. u think I can do something about this ?0
-
Why have you given a friend access to your journal.
When a claim for UC closes you lose all your past statements. I have no idea what you can do about that.
Others maybe able to advise further if they see this.0 -
