Scope's PR team have had a brilliant invitation from a contact at Metro who is working with a disability friendly ski company. They have asked whether we know anyone who is a wheelchair user and thought they’d never be able to ski – but would love the opportunity to learn.
You would be filmed and would need to write about your experience.
Travel would be provided and ideally people would be located near the following:
- Manchester
- Hemel Hempstead
- Tamworth
- Glasgow (Braehead)
- Edinburgh
If accommodation is needed it would be looked into subject to approval
Deadline for interest is on Monday 14 March so if anyone is interested, please contact Bernie in the Scope Press Office at pressoffice@scope.org.uk and put “Learn to Ski” in the subject line.
