lcwra reward and backdated money

hi there!, just wondering if any one can help? i have been handing in sickpape since april 2020, i didnt recieve  the ud50 form until december just gone, finally got an appointment for work assesment lcwra on the 15th of march 2022, recieved a letter in my journal yesterday that they have put me in lcwra category with my fybromyalgia , b.p.d, anxiety and scoliosis. i get paid the 23rd of every month and my statement was ready today which showed the additional element, im just wondering when they will backdate the money as this will greatly help me sort a few things out with adjustments around the house. thank you

    There's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time, then the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim.
    When it's paid from will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition and providing there were no gaps in your fit notes. The extra money will be paid from either July or August 2020.
    It may take a few weeks to recalculate your past statements to work out exactly how much is owed.
