Remaining politically neutral during General Election 2024

When you claim UC you’re classed as a job seeker until a decision on a work capability assessment says otherwise.
It’s a work coaches discretion whether they reduce or turn off work commitments. Some do and others don’t. If you don’t do what’s required you could be sanctioned.
Have you filled out and returned the work capability assessment form?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Lots of people are found to have LCW or LCWRA that can move arms and legs. You can see the descriptors for both of them here https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/universal_credit_work_capability_assessment
The WCA is about the work you can do, not the work you can’t do.
