Hello everybody, having a bit of a bad time with PIP at the moment. Awaiting the DWP comments before a Tribunal date, I have just refused an offer from DWP and I have a few questions which I can now ask in the hope that you good people can help with.

    Hi,

Too late now but you could have accepted the offer of an award from DWP and still continue with the appeal. However, you would have had to request the Tribunal again so the timescales would have started again. Always, worth it, especially if you don't currently have a PIP award in place. At least you would have had some money while you waited for the hearing.

Hi @Soap - & welcome to the community. The DWP do sometimes make an offer before a Tribunal as they feel you may get either a higher award, or a longer award if it proceeded to a Tribunal.
May I ask what your questions now are?
