i have a question ive seen people phone and during the auto response they get told payment and date when i phone get no such option why is that just asking to learn

I'm not totally certain but have seen members mention this
Do you have an award in place that you are getting payments for or are you waiting for a decision on your claim
It will only be automatic response if you have claim in payment0 -
Thanks poppy your a star hi janer no waiting just been a nosey **** and asking about it lol learning so much your all so well informed and do make life easier for us all i phoned last week friday they said not long now couple of weeks so iltryto chill and give it a coupleof weeks before i ring again0

We got the automatic response of payment date and amount the same day a decision was made. It was after they asked to answer the personal details.1
