Original UC50 posted December 2020 - this was followed by a telephone assessment. I was turned down for LCWRA - Then I had a failed mandatory reconsideration followed by an aborted appeal.
Second UC50 form posted in August 2021 - Telephone assessment on 9th February 2022 - Today, 29th March 2022, I have been awarded LCWRA!
Don't give up, these things take time.

Just to add - I have received a note that my back payment for LCWRA will be paid at the end of this month. Much quicker than I expected.
