Hi I wondered if anyone can help I’ve been heading in sick notes from Jan 2021 had a wca in April time and was put in the lcw instead of lcwra ive recently had a tribunal hearing in which I’m waiting for an outcome I’m guessing if placed in the lwrca group I would be owed about a years worth of back pay. Can dwp take off all my debts in full out of this please if anyone knows the answer
