Hi can anyone help as I'm a bit confused.
I had to go and see my work coach last year about find out what I'm doing to look for more work, I currently work 10 hours pw, the doctor has said I can't work more than 10 hours pw indefinitely, I took this information with me and they photo copied the letter.
I have put in for LCWRA but still waiting for forms.
I had a message on my universal credit from my work coach they are ringing me next week to discuss what I'm doing to get extra hours, can they do this even though I have proof from my doctors saying I can do anymore than I already am doing?
I also received enhanced mobility PIP

Hi and welcome to the community
Unfortunately yes they can until you have had the work capability assessment you are classed as a job seeker despite your doctors letter1 -
Hello there @fragilebubble and welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out today

You've said you're still waiting for LCWRA forms? Is this a UC50 form?
I think until there's been a decision on this, the work coach will be able to discuss these things with you.
If there's anything you feel I can help with further please do ask, and I'll do what I can to help.

You will need a fit note from your GP to start the work capability assessment process off. If you haven't sent this then you will need to do that. You also need to make sure you "report a change of circumstances" and then report your health condition. You will need to continue to send the fit notes without any gaps until a decision's been made on your work capability assessment.0
