Can anyone recommend a solicitor for councils who aren’t responding to complaints about EHCPs?

Hi all - can anyone recommend a good solicitor for councils who aren’t responding to complaints and are years past their statutory duties to update EHCPs? Many thanks in anticipation.

Thank you @Teddybear12. I’ve spoken to IPSEA and done all the letters and things they’ve recommended but I’m not getting any response from the council. I need to engage a solicitor directly I think to actually get anywhere.1

Hi there @Noodles1066 I'm glad to hear you've been working with IPSEA, and I'm sorry to hear the council aren't responding as yet.
I'm not sure about solicitors, but perhaps AdviceLocal might be able to assist with finding professional advice?
Keep us updated with how things go, and I'm sorry I can't be of more help at the moment.
