Hi all I know before tribunal sometimes you receive a call with offer from DWP. if you where to take the offer and then restart the appeal to tribunal and they granted a higher rate, would backdate from tribunal go to the original claim date or the day you accepted the offer from DWP please?

From the orginal claim date. However, if you did get an offer (though it's rare) your appeal would lapse. Once your award is in payment you'll be able to request another Tribunal and the waiting time would start from the beginning again.
