Your waiting period will be Nov/Dec, Dec/Jan, Jan/feb … LCWRA starts from AP 27th Feb to 26th March and first payment would be 3rd April. Therefore they owe you 1 month up to now.

You refer to a change of health condition. Was this the first time you had reported a health condition impacting your ability to work? If so the LCWRA element will be payable from the 4th August 2020 payment onwards.

If you were previously found Fit for Work then my previous advice applies. I’m surprised DWP accepted any Fit Notes from you between being found Fit for Work and reporting a change.

Do they not back pay for the assessment periods?

The extra money is not paid at all during the waiting period of 3 full AP’s. It’s then paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition. UC is paid 1 month in arrears which is why it’s paid at end of the 4th month.
As advised in my comment above, at the moment they you owe 1 month if you’re found to have LCWRA.

You can see the descriptors here https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
You need to meet at least one of them.
You will likely need to have an assessment which would be either by telephone, video call or face to face.

There’s no way for us to know that. It depends whether or not you are found to meet one of the LCWRA descriptors.
