need advice again

Hi everyone

I have recently been put in support group and on advice here when I asked was to put a message on uc to get lcwra element. I have put messages on my journal under payments and been getting messages back that they will put me in for assessment I've already told them I have passed my assessment and then not getting a reply back until today.

I had a message today and it says they will get the work coach to contact me then I get a message from them saying this

As you are claiming ESA you would need to speak with them about additional sickness payments

Is this because I'm getting my notice pay from work so they not interested in dealing with me as  because I have stopped getting money off them because my notice pay has kicked in.

I'm assuming you have the ESA decision letter? If so then send this to them, it's all the proof you need that you're in the Support Group, though they should already know this because of the ESA deductions in your UC.

The ignorance and frankly incompetence displayed by UC staff is truly depressing. As poppy suggests try sending them a copy of the decision letter confirming you are in the ESA Support Group. See if your Work Coach will give you a link so that you can scan and upload it to them

I do have the esa letter but feel so deflated and drained with it all.

I don't know how many times I can say it to them in simple words it's like they are ignoring the obvious and this is payments and work coach. The next thing will happen is they will probably close my account like they did in November .

Its hard enough getting through day to day with health condition and mental health then you have theses people making things difficult 😠

I have been awarded esa support 
group from 18th September and 
have been advised to inform Universal credit so LCWRA element can be added on to my claim. 
Is there a link that I can 
upload a copy of my esa support
 group award to you or 
address and Work coach name
 so you get it directly.

Just an update it's all sorted now.

Thank you for the advice and without the help from this forum I wouldn't of got anywhere.
