Hi and welcome to the community Feel free to join in or ask any questions
Sorry your claim was turned down good luck with the appeal
Pip isn't about a diagnosis but about how your condition affects you against the descriptors0 -
Hello @sam69 and welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out. I've just moved your post over into our PIP category, and edited the tile slightly, so it's easier for everyone to find.
I'm really to sorry to hear about your PIP application, but it's good to know that you are going to appeal. We'll be here to support you through the process.
As Teddybear mentioned, AdviceLocal is a great place to search for professional advice.
I do know that Turn2Us also explains the process of challenging a PIP decision if you need any step by step guidance.
You'd also be welcome to contact the Scope Helpline, either by email or phone, if you need to talk things through with one of our advisers.
Can I ask what support you're getting for the conditions you've mentioned, and do you feel it's enough support day to day?
If there's anything we can do to help, of if you're unsure of anything, please do let us know, and we'll see what we can do
