LCWRA. Do I still need to supply fit notes? When will I get the first payment?

I wonder if anyone can help me please. So I was in UC and I reported my health issues end of January and I reported my first fit note on 9/2/22 but the fit note was dated from 3/2/22.
I had a health assessment mid march time and I received the outcome on Wednesday 11th May that they are putting me into the LCWRA group.
My assessment period runs from the 28th of the month to the 27th of the following month.
Firstly my most recent fit note ran out on 11th May - the same day I received my LCWRA decision. However, I still have a message on my UC account telling me I need to supply another one but on my LCWRA letter it says I no longer need to supply fit notes from my GP. Which is correct?
Second question, am I due to receive extra money in my UC credit due to being In the LCWRA group? If so when should I expect my first payment to start from as I have heard something about a waiting period.
Any help or advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.

The LCWRA element is payable from the fourth full assessment period after the health condition was notified.
You are expected to supply the Fit Note within 7 days of notifying the health condition so the fact you were late supplying the Fit Note may have an impact.

If they accept that you notified on 28th January then the LCWRA element would be payable from the payment you will receive in early June. If they take the notification as 9th February then payment will be due in July.
