    Hi,
It just means a decision hasn't been made yet and it's probably with a decision maker. You don't say which benefit this is for but i assume possibly PIP? Either way, decision timescales are anything up to 12 weeks, rather than the 8 weeks you were told.
Nothing more you can do until a decision's been made.

Hi and welcome to the community

Your case will be waiting for a decision maker to review everything and make a decision

This can take from 2 to 12bweeks you will be notified by letter of the outcome of the decision

Welcome to the community @weedavy :) It sounds as though you've been through a lot. Best of luck with your PIP claim!

Do you feel as though you're receiving enough support to help you manage you anxiety and heart problems at the moment?
