Additude Mag is another website with some useful information and advice on @Brian1987. How to ADHD is a YouTube channel that you might want to check out, too. If you use reddit, I've come across some useful posts on r/ADHD as well2

Hi @Brian1987. You have asked such a great question! I can see @poppy123456 and @Tori_Scope have made some possible recommendations which might hopefully help.
In addition to these resources, I am just wondering if you would like to share more with us about the type of help and information on ADHD you are most hoping for? This will help us to support you the best we can and direct you to the most appropriate place possible.
Take care for now and I will look forward to hopefully hearing from you again soon

This is a good forum,
Run by people with ADHD for people with ADHD.
Was a great help to me while waiting for my diagnosis.
It's worth a look anyway.
