New esa. How long will it take the work coach to ring me?

I applied for new ESA on 19th April 22. I had phone call from someone asking if I had posted p45 which I had then nothing. How long will I take the work coach to ring me?

You don't have a Work Coach for ESA. They will work through the claim and check your NI record to conform entitlement. Length of claim process does seem to vary.

There's quite long backlogs in a lot of areas and some are waiting several months and more.

Yes pip and wca are different assessments with different criteria
