Hi everyone, I sent my PIP review form back and it was received on 21st October 2021 I called them at the end of March this year and all I was told was that they had received it and they were waiting for it to be allocated to an assessor to look at.
My concern is not only have they not got back to me but my Pip ends in 8 weeks time as I found a letter sent to me in 2020 stating that due to Covid my end date for my previous pip assessment would end July 2022, is anyone able to put my mind at rest as to what will happen if they still have not either called me in for a f2f or other means of review assessment. TIA

Backlogs are quite long in a lot of areas. It’s likely you’ll need another assessment as most people have them, even for reviews.Near the time when your current award is due to end, if a decision hasn’t been made I’d advise you to ring PIP to see if your existing award has been extended.0

Thankyou for your reply poppy123456poppy123456 I will wait and see if they contact me in next few weeks for an assessment and then will do as you have advised and give them a call to see if my existing review has been extended.Backlogs are quite long in a lot of areas.
