I've received the assesors written report pa3 it I've got 29 points daily living and mobility part 12 points for can't follow familiar or non familiar place on my own does the decision maker go with the asseors report ?

Mostly yes but it has been known for them to go against it. Decision timescales are anything up to 12 weeks, sometimes longer.

poppy123456 thank you do you know what number I can call the automated line and hear any updates I don't know how to do it?

I've not personally had any experience with the automated line. I've heard it's the helpline option 6. I've heard it only tells you when your next payment is due. (if a decision's been made and you were successfully awarded) The number is 0800 121 4433 open 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri.
