My pip payment has not been paid today. So now I am overdrawn at my bank with no money to pay bills or to buy food. Rang them and all she could do was blame it on the bank holiday in June. I can stretch food but its messed my routine up paying bills.

That makes no sense because it’s only 27th May today so the bank holiday has nothing to do with money not going into your bank today. If it was me then I’d ring PIP again and speak to someone more helpful!
Just to add, are you 100% sure your payment was due today? PIP is paid 4 weekly so count 4 weeks after your last payment.0 -
Hi Poppy,
I was last paid on the 29th of April, so I rang the 08001690310 number. And I said exactly what you said, and she said that to me.0 -
You’ll need to ring them again. The bank holidays are next week so have nothing to do with todays payments.0

I am ringing another number for pip. She would not have it any other way. Now trying 0800 1214433 for pip.

Just remember it’s a call centre your calling the call handlers are known for not providing the best and accurate information.0

That number isn't the PIP helpline. This will be the number to ring for JSA/ESA.
