Been on uc since June 2020, didn't have any contact from anyone for a year!! Had sicknotes for years. Was told I was gonna be put into limited capability n activity's but didn't receive forms for months sent them BK in Sept 2021 and didn't hear anything even though I kept ringing n asking for someone to speak to me,. They then gave me a phone assessment in Feb 2022 , so when should I have got my money backdated from as I reported my illness back in Jan 2021.

    You will only receive extra money if you were found to have LCWRA (limited capability for work related activity) Once a decision's been made you'll receive the letter onto your journal. If the decision is limited capability for work (LCW) there's no extra money.

    Have you supplied continuous Fit Notes throughout?
    exactly what date did you report your health condition?
    What date of the month are you paid on?
