Hi
Iv finally recieved my report, had asessment just over 5 weeks ago. Going by the boxes they have ticked i should receive enhanced daily and standard mobility. There is a few things on the report that arent correct, altho im not sure its worth questioning as theyve already recommended enough points for enhanced? Or should i? Its my 1st claim so unsure whats best. Fingers crossed not much longer now until i hear from dwp. They have had my report since 27th of last month. Do they tend to go with report when making decision?

If they do award Enhanced daily living this is the maximum award you can get so even if you could score more points, it's pointless challenging the decision because you'll be wasting your time and theirs. Even with Tribunal, once you reach 12 points they won't go any further than this.Mostly they go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it.1
